Lakeside Neurologic was founded in an effort to provide high quality, clinically relevant, and cost-effective brain injury rehabilitation and support living services.
Mission Statement
Lakeside Neurologic provides the highest quality of services and treatment to the survivors of neurological injury and disorders. We strive to assist residents to obtain their maximum level of functioning and quality of life in the most normalized and least restrictive environment.
We are dedicated to promoting public awareness of the needs of survivors of brain injury and neurologic dysfunction and their families and to educating professionals in this field of medical rehabilitation.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to create a continuum of care in which a comprehensive range of services can be provided across many distinct levels of care. Our Strategic Plan outlines the specific details to achieve these visions. By expanding the continuum of care, we increase our ability to meet the needs of persons with neurologic disorders at all levels of need and provide continuity of care as each individual progresses through the rehabilitative spectrum.

Earning accreditation from The Joint Commission signifies many things, with none larger than a devotion to patient safety and an emphasis on quality of care. Accredited programs include Behavioral Health Care and Human Services for our Adult, Pediatric, and Community Programs.

Family Services
We believe that the family is an integral part of the rehabilitation process. We offer family support services including family counseling, support groups, and education programs.
